90 minutes seems like a long time, but this workout is worth it!!! It’s like giving all your organs, muscles and lungs an internal massage!
Marina is a talented and passionate instructor. She has great awareness of what is going on in her class and with her students. Her corrections were a revelation. After 9 years of practice I learned new things and am making adjustments. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I’ve been to a few studios in Sarasota, and I have finally found my home at Thavma! I’ve been a student here since they opened and I’ve always felt welcomed and encouraged. All of the instructors are uplifting and caring. Whether it is your first time trying bikram, or you’re a pro– I wouldn’t suggest…

In Greek, Thavma means; “miracle”, and its exactly what I have experienced after doing 20 years of Hatha yoga. After walking out of a Thavma Yoga class, a true victory is accomplished and miracles begin to happen.
