Why did you decide to do Thavma Yoga’s 30 day challenge and what did you want to accomplish? Did you achieve your goal?
I wanted something for me, something I could control. I am usually always up for a personal challenge!
What changes did you see during and after your 30 days of consecutive Thavma Yoga?
Increased flexibility with some moves. Some body parts got more toned. Felt more confident.
What did you learn/gain from doing Hot Yoga regularly?
Learned there’s a big connection between yoga and hormones.
What did you love most about the Challenge?
Support. Welcoming community. Feeling accomplished. Having something for me every day.
Do you have a favorite posture, if so what is it?
Savasana. Lol. I got pretty good at Standing Bow. In general, any position requiring wrist support was hard but worked through it or modified a lot.
What do you love the most about Thavma Yoga?
A chance to unwind, stretch and know that I’m burning calories while doing so… without high impact activity. Win win.
