Thavma Yoga has been a godsend for me! I hurt my back several years ago and due to the constant pain I was losing my flexibility and strength and let’s face it, quality of life. Bikram yoga builds physical and mental strength and the stretching improved my flexibility. Yes, its hot but your body will adapt very quickly if you give it a chance. The studio is always clean and the instructors take the time to learn everyone’s name. Give it at least 5 classes and see if bikram yoga will change your life like it did mine.
